Interview with OHS
March 28th, 2019
"Slovene architects have very little impact on the quality of educational architecture through competitions since they reach less than 1% of the entire number of existing educational buildings (counting public kindergartens, primary, secondary schools and faculty buildings). Everything else falls under public tenders where the lowest price still dictates the building quality and research behind it which is too often scarce."
