A monolithic, free-standing building rises from a public mezzanine spanning the plot, connecting the green north to a +1 plaza in the south and linking phases I and III. Instead of an extension, a single central volume is framed by lamellae along Rejceva, Cankarjeva, and Gradnikove Brigade. The inner block, free of car traffic except for eastern access, is dedicated to pedestrians, cyclists, and visitors enjoying leisure, sports, and health services.

The ground floor connects phases I and III, forming a Mediterranean-style pedestal with five green atriums. These varied spaces shape a health care center envisioned as open, airy, bright, and accessible. Sunlight, shade, and the aromas of Mediterranean vegetation create a relaxed atmosphere that supports the well-being of both patients and staff.
